Your Stress-Free Remodel

Our aim with every project is to make the experience of improving your home one that you can look back on and smile about.

1. Get In Touch

Fill out our form and send us pictures of your current home and what you would want it to look like. We’ll get back to you with a phone consultation and listen to all that you have in mind for your project. If we’re a good fit, we schedule an in-home consultation to dive deep into the details.

2. On-site Consultation And Design

During the in-home consultation, we talk about the design of your home, putting thought into colors, materials, and features you’d love to have.

We’ll also go over the scope of work, pricing, and go over what you can expect as your project unfolds.

3. Finalizing The Design

Before we start construction, we want to have your vision as clear as possible so that we can execute it down to the finest detail. Next, we create three design options from which you can choose. We’ll work together on the final version until you’re 100% happy with everything. When the design is complete, we collect a deposit and get to work.

4. Building Phase

One week before your project starts, we’ll have a meeting to introduce you to your site managers and make sure everything is set up. All the materials and items needed for your project will already be on-site, so rest assured that there will be no delays due to product availability.

We prep the site and give you a chance to take any items you might need from your home, then seal everything off. Finally, we get to work building your space.

5. Post-Job Walkthrough

Your beautiful home is now complete and we want to make sure you are happy with every inch. We’ll have a post-job walkthrough so you can inspect the finished result and let us know if everything is to your liking.

6. Enjoy Your New Home

After we pack up our tools and make sure everything is clean, we leave you to enjoy your home to the fullest and celebrate all that you have worked so hard to achieve. Rest easy with our 3 month, 6 month, and 9 months follow up plan, and get ready to make the most of your time at home.

The team with Lakeview completed a full renovation of a master bathroom in my house. It was quite extensive, involving moving a wall and moving plumbing. The quality of the work was excellent. Anything that I saw that I wasn’t pleased with was corrected. But that rarely happened because of Nate’s attention to detail. We ran into a couple of delays along the way, but it was worth the wait to have such a thorough and well-done renovation to show for it. I would highly recommend them.
